- This notice is given under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). It applies to MZA Collective (202603024393), owner of the PageKedai brand, Batu Caves, Selangor.
- What we collect
- When you message us on WhatsApp, Instagram or Threads, we receive your name, username and what you write. For a project we may also receive your phone number, email, business name and address, and content such as photos and product info. After a deposit is paid, the form on the thank-you page asks for your name, business name, IG/FB link and email. Payments are processed by CHIP.
- Purpose
- To reply to you, quote, build and look after your site, issue invoices and keep accounting records.
- Disclosure
- We do not sell your data. It is shared only where the work needs it: CHIP to process payments (we do not store card details), hosting and domain providers for your site, and Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Threads) as the messaging channels. Also where the law requires.
- Retention
- Project data is kept while the project or care plan is active. Invoice and payment records are kept for as long as the law requires.
- Your rights
- You can ask to access your data, ask us to correct data that is wrong, or withdraw consent to be contacted. Message us on the channels below.
- Microsoft Clarity
- We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site (clicks, scrolls, heatmaps and session replays). Data is processed by Microsoft. See Microsoft's privacy statement.
