Deposit

The 50% deposit (based on the package price charged, including the launch price) is non-refundable once work starts.

Balance

The balance is due before launch. The site is not launched until the balance is paid.

Care plans

Basic Care and Pro Care have a 3-month minimum. After that they run monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
